As I dig out from my trip, I’m combing through piles of fundraising emails from the DNC. It is amazing how the absence of a woman on a single panel has been turned into the preface of the Handmaid’s Tale for these people. This email this morning is, roughly speaking, the umpteenth of it’s kind I’ve gotten:
