We live in a country in which the president of the United States is found to have spent 20 years in the church of a bigoted pastor, failed to reject his teachings to such an extent that he asked him to preside over his wedding, and may well have invited his campaign to bribe him into silence prior to the election. But the real problem? The opposition party’s talking about it.
