Earlier this month, Bella Health and Wellness in Colorado won a court victory in a case that had been ongoing since 2023. The Centennial State wanted abortion-pill-reversal care shut down – even though it’s a basic progesterone treatment.
Make no mistake: Colorado, an abortion-industry-adjacent state, as the kids (who were allowed to be born) might put it, wanted to stop a woman’s choice to save the life of her baby once a chemical abortion has been started. So with the help of Becket, the religious liberty champion, Bella sued the state for a permanent injunction so it can continue to do lifesaving abortion-pill-reversal work, which it won at the top of the month.
The people of Bella are the kinds of people of courage and conviction and love for human beings — born and unborn — we need more of.
