At a rally yesterday in Dayton, OH, Vice President Biden told the crowd that, not only has President Obama “earned the respect of all the world leaders,” he is “a man the world relies on.” That is perhaps why world leaders from Hugo Chavez to Vladimir Putin to Francois Hollande have offered praise for the President.
