Rich, tell me you don’t find his need to declare up front – before he agrees with conservatives – that conservatives are boneheaded ideologues for criticizing the Times just a little annoying? See paragraph #2: “The first thing to say about this fight is that conservative claims about the media’s supposed motivations in publishing both the NSA and SWIFT stories reflect only ideology and ignorance.”
