As I suspected, I’ve received enormous amounts of email about my anti-ag subsidies screed . A lot of the angry email seems to miss the point by arguing how good, noble or important family farms and the like are. That’s all fine and, no doubt, true in important respects. But it doesn’t justify the wealth transfers to large corporations inherent to agricultural subsidies.
