‘Is This What Deregulation Looks Like?’

Looking at the amount of money the federal government spends and has spent on regulatory agencies, and in particular on finance and banking regulatory agencies and programs, I argue in The American this morning that it’s hard to claim with a straight face that deregulation was rampant and caused the financial crisis.
