What Good Is ‘Diversity Training’?

GMU economics professor Bryan Caplan regards it as insulting, pointless, and unhinged, as we read in this post.

Sadly, diversity training has probably become an industry that’s too big to fail, since it supports a huge number of dedicated “progressives” who would have a very hard time landing any other job.
