What Is It About the State of Israel?

On the contrary, Israel is a tremendous success.  If you look at Israel—whether from the point of view of per capita income, scientific achievement, cultural attainments, or liberal political culture—you see a successful modern state.  The trouble with Israel is that its neighbors don’t accept it.
