There is no doubt at all about how any of the left-wing activist justices on the Supreme Court would vote on Texas’s abortion law. It doesn’t matter what arguments are made, what the statute says, or what the Constitution says — they are going to vote the way abortion advocates want them to vote.
There is some question about how the originalists on the Court would vote.
Are you:
- the kind of conservative who thinks that speaks well of the originalist justices?
- the kind of conservative who hates that about the originalist justices?
I’m the former. I suspect I am in the minority.
