Over the weekend I finished my most recent book, What Would the Founders Do? Our Questions, Their Answers. Spreading democracy abroad, illegitimacy, protecting sources, the bell curve, stem cells, Katrina–it’s all there. (The founders are in an undisclosed location; the Patriot Act forbids me from saying how I am communicating with them, though I will hint that libraries play a role.)
The publisher is Basic Books, the pub date is May 15. There will be a very cool 13-colony tour. I will keep The Corner posted. (They like the idea of The Corner–reminds them of the Committees of Correspondence.)
