What’s The Plan, Man?

Critics of the war say the Bush administration failed to plan adequately for the challenges that would follow America’s victory over Saddam Hussein. They have a point.

So shouldn’t they now tell us their plans for the aftermath of the defeat they insist Americans must accept?
