What’s Wrong with Republicans?

One of the best ways to destroy the Republican party would be for a former administration official and party luminary to go into federal court and testify that a soon-to-be convicted-felon Sen. Ted Stevens was of sterling character. To do so largely on the basis of their past Beltway dealings, which apparently trump simple assessments of character, would be posturing a jury would have no difficulty fathoming.
