Where Was Michelle?

I’ve gotten a number of emails this evening asking where Michelle Obama was during today’s 9/11 ceremony at the site of the World Trade Center. I have to say that the video of three people, John McCain, Cindy McCain, and Barack Obama, at the ceremony looked a little strange to me. I sent an email to Team Obama asking about Mrs. Obama’s absence, and they told me she was at home in Chicago for their daughters’ first week of school.
