A follow-up from yesterday’s question: Readers’ main suggestions: Ron Wyden and Barney Frank. But I feel like they could have been the answer to “Who is the Dems’ Lamar Alexander?” instead. Paul Ryan’s spent much of his life on the Hill — having been a staffer and now a young congressman, after working with the likes of Bill Bennett and Jack Kemp in Washington — but he’s still a young one.
