Who Does Mitchell Help?

Assuming that the Mitchell Report on steroids in baseball overshadows today’s Democratic debate, who does this help?  Does this deprive Obama of an opportunity to score points on Clinton?  Or does Clinton need a strong debate performance to remind Democrats why so many liked her in the first place?
