Who’s On the Ballot

As I’ve watched all of the talking head Dems stand up and defend Kerry, a theme emerges: almost to a person they state something to the effect of “John Kerry is not on the ballot this election,” ergo, we shouldn’t be talking about him.  Okay, fine, but neither is George W. Bush, so why was he making a “joke” about something that we shouldn’t be talking about?

Me: I’d also add that Mark Foley isn’t on the ballot either, although technically he is. But you know what I mean.
