Why Is Biden Sitting Down with a Transgender TikTok Influencer?

Evidently, President Biden is desperate to make anything but the economy the hot topic ahead of the midterms. Last week, we saw him attempt to ramp up abortion rhetoric, promising to codify Roe if Democrats gain the necessary numbers in the House and Senate. And yesterday, he sat down with a trans-identifying TikTok Influencer to bash states outlawing sex mutilation (aka “gender-affirming care”) for minors.

Biden said that states’ efforts to prevent the permanent disfigurement of minors were “outrageous” and “immoral.” He rambled on about his “deceased son.” (Very sad. But relevant, how?) He further suggested that what America really needs right now is more transgender activism to help change public opinion. What the president doesn’t seem to realize is that the more publicity transgenderism gets, the more turned off the public becomes. Lia Thomas, the male swimmer who robbed deserving females of NCAA recognition, was a great example of that. And mutilating minors for profit has much the same effect. As I wrote previously, in the midterms’ culture war over transgenderism, Republicans have the upper hand.
