Will He??? Or Won’t He???

Obama’s Hamlet act continues. The New York Times interview the other day had everyone thinking he will–really attack Hillary that is. Now this Howard Fineman piece with the Axelrod quote at the end (h/t First Read) suggests maybe he sorta kinda won’t. And so it goes with Obama’s agonizing, self-obsessed campaign. Here’s my take today. I tend to think he has to jettison the narrative of his campaign as the above-it-all bi-partisan healer and really go after Hillary from the left to have a legitimate shot. Doing that, though, will require shedding an important part of his self image. Hence the agonizing.
