Democrats report that they have gathered enough signatures to launch a recall election of Wisconsin state senator Dan Kapanke, who voted for the legislation limiting state workers’ collective bargaining powers. Kapanke is one of eight GOP senators in Wisconsin who is eligible to be recalled. Republicans are also working to gather enough signatures to recall the eight Democratic senators eligible.
