I thought the most unfortunate part (though there was a lot to choose from) of the Meet the Press debate today between Doug Kmiec and Mario Cuomo was how Cuomo presented his faith as a “burden.” Yeah, it ain’t always easy, but it’s not all bad. Actually has some pretty cool life-saving and -guiding aspects, too. Bummer of a Sunday morning conversation.
