Matt Yglesias reads my earlier post about global warming and somehow concludes that my position — and, it seems, that of the “conservative mind”– is to let the world get really hot to “spite” Greenpeace.
Meanwhile, I would argue the Chait-Yglesias view that giving money to charities is good, but not nearly so good as getting government to replace charities offers a much better insight into the liberal mind.
