You Can’t Make This Up

Yesterday, I completed the annual torture that is preparing my tax return, not only for the feds but for my home state and one other state where my law firm does business. I mailed them certified mail, and just got the certified mail receipts back this morning. The total postage and fees for my federal return, addressed to the Internal Revenue Service Center in Kansas City, was $6.66. ’Nuff said.
