Earlier Thursday evening, at 5 p.m., the candidates who didn’t qualify — most notably including Rick Perry, who was kept off the main stage by a 1 percent showing in the Fox poll released yesterday — will take the stage for a forum. (Lindsey Graham, who’ll be on the JV squad, suggested thinking of it as the “happy hour” debate — that works for me.)
