I think 90 percent will be exactly what he’s said before. But he’ll probably give some sort of a soft deadline. He’ll probably invoke Kennedy. It’s been reported that he’ll talk about junk lawsuits (which he has before without endorsing the solution) and the government plan (without insisting on it). I’m having a hard time figuring out what the “new” part will be.
