Election Night

Hillary Wins Nevada, Trump Moves into the Lead in Pennsylvania

Hillary Clinton has won the western battle-ground state of Nevada, per Decision Desk HQ.

But the former secretary of state’s path to 270 electoral votes is rapidly narrowing, as Donald Trump has pulled into a slight lead in Pennsylvania. Rural areas of the state appear to have voted heavily for the Republican candidate, counterbalancing — and more — a big Democratic vote in the Philadelphia area.

A closer-than-expected presidential race in the Keystone State bodes well for Republican senator Pat Toomey’s chances for reelection.
