I know I promised debate and discussion of the book in here. And it’s coming. But it’s only 2 days after pub date and 98.9 percent of you folks haven’t cracked the spine yet or gotten much passed the early chapters. This week is mostly for promoting the book. The weeks to come will be for discussion and criticism, after more of you have read the book. So for those of you who’ve been reading ahead, please hold your questions and criticisms (some of which are quite good) and wait for the rest to catch up.
