• Testifying at her confirmation hearings, Amy Coney Barrett was just as intelligent and winsome as prior reports had said. She gave the Democrats none of the ammunition they craved. Republican senators rightly confirmed her to the Supreme Court on the strength of her credentials and her commitment to the rule of law. Justice Barrett will vote as she thinks right, but a few predictions can safely be made. Americans will continue to have access to contraception. Obamacare
