The Huffies then photoshoped Mrs. McCain’s eyes into those of the children in the picture with this:
Not content with simply fixing the kids’ smiles, Cindy took things one step further by starting her own charity, Operation Beady Blues. The provides vision treatments and ocular reconstruction for children in these same poor villages.
