Not trying to defend Fox News here, because I think referring to Michelle Obama as “Obama’s baby mama” is just stupid, but what I do find ironic is that the left is now quite happy to use the slang definition as supplied by Urban Dictionary of “baby mama” to slam Fox News when just a few short weeks ago those same lefty sources were ignoring the slang definition of “pimping” (#7) to slam MSNBC’s David Shuster.
A good rule of thumb would be to never use slang terms in journalism, but that’s probably whack.
