Cafferty: Government Shouldn’t Have Financial Records of Americans

Jack Cafferty always has amusing segments on CNN’s The Situation Room, and today’s is no exception.

The question then is this: Should the government have access to Americans’ financial records?

Hold the phone.  Are you telling me the government has access to my financial records?  You mean, those forms at the end of the year are actually being kept? The government analyzes them? I don’t send in my money and my W-2 just for fun?  I’m enraged.  I’m appalled.  This administration’s abuse of power knows no bounds.  Thank you, Jack, for enlightening me.
