One of the goals put forth in CAP’s fairness doctrine (Rich writes about it here, the editors here) is for radio stations to focus more on local content. Well, WLVP (870 AM) in Portland, ME has done just that! Except, they’ve dropped Air America, at least in part, for local sports coverage.
