Chicago’s Olympic Spirit?

Sun-Times

Charges are pending for five men and a woman arrested after allegedly damaging — and possibly burning — the Chicago 2016 Olympic banner being placed on the Picasso statue in Daley Plaza in the Loop Tuesday night.

The six were in custody but have not been charged as of 7 a.m. Authorities are reportedly seeking felony damage to property and possibly arson charges, according to police.

The six include two men with the same last name — one of whom is from downstate Glendale and listed his occupation on a police report as a self employed rock star. At least one is from Indiana, according to police.
