During the commentary before President Obama’s speech yesterday commemorating the 50th anniversary of MLK Jr.’s “I have a dream” speech, Chris Matthews said multiple times he was hoping President Obama wold offer some sort of plan to address the jobs crisis, especially in the African-American community. His reaction after the speech:
.@hardball_chris says Obama's speech was 'great' but was waiting for 'a proposal, something concrete'

Another “great” speech. But we’ll see if Matthews gets angry when a “proposal, something concrete” from the president never materializes.
