CNN Disputes Kinsley’s Account

A CNN spokesperson told me that CNN’s producer did not coach Kinsley’s colleague to “get angry.”

When booking opinion writers, we frequently express that their commentary ought to reflect the sentiment in their columns. We have been doing this for 25 years. Regarding this report, we never told anyone to get angry.

Notice how CNN phrased it — they did not deny telling anyone to “get buckwild” or “get it crunk in here.”
