CNN Plays Pink’s ‘Stupid Girls’ for Palin

On Sunday, CNN opened a segment on Sarah Palin’s recent support of Chick-fil-A, and its stance on gay marriage, to the tune of Pink’s ‘Stupid Girls.’

Palin recently posted a picture on Twitter of herself and her husband at Chick-fil-A, with the message: “stopped by Chick-fil-A in The Woodlands to support a great business.”

CNN later stated that the song choice opening the segment “Sarah Palin is apparently hungry for chicken and controversy” was unintentional. “The music selection was a poor choice and was not intended to be linked to any news story. We regret any perception that they were planned together.”

Democrats and their media allies demanded that he make a solemn vow to “accept the results.” It was never entirely clear what anybody thought ... Read More
