Via Instapundit, the U.S. Coast Guard is suddenly all over the news because, according to AP, it “cautioned the Bush administration weeks ago that it could not determine whether a United Arab Emirates-based company seeking a stake in some U.S. port operations might support terrorist operations.” But apparently its questions have been answered already. So why is this a story?
