Reuters has the latest news on Tom DeLay’s motion to dismiss, which I’ve been following this morning. The Reuters story says that DeLay is seeking dismissal using “legal technicalities” — that’s not accurate. DeLay is seeking dismissal arguing that Texas prosecutor Ronnie Earle is using legal technicalities to allege a crime where none has taken place.
