More Russian Nuclear Fuel Delivered to Iran, While Iranians Protest “UN-Zionist Conspiracy”

And onward to an Islamic nuclear bomb without anyone stopping them? The sixth nuclear fuel shipment from Russia for the Bushehr nuclear power plant arrived in Iran this morning, reports the Islamic Republic’s official news agency, IRNA:

The Iran Atomic Energy Production and Development Company announced that the 11-ton shipment has been forwarded to Bushehr nuclear power plant.
So far, 66 tons of a total 82 tons of the needed fuel for primary stage of commissioning of the Bushehr nuclear power plant have been received, the company added.
It said that the remaining two shipments would be delivered to Iran according to the schedule.

Meanwhile the rest of the world might be a little surprised at this photo from a state-organized demonstration in Iran yesterday suggesting that the (strongly anti-Israel) United Nations is secretly controlled by the Jews.

More anti-Semitic conspiracy theories in Iran

Daylight Savings Forever

Before I became a parent, I didn't have especially strong feelings about the time shifting by an hour twice a year. Like most people I was aware of the downsides -- increased car accidents, schedule confusion, etc. -- and I figured it would be better to knock it off. But I didn't feel personally offended by ...
