Todd made the remark following a clip of Bachmann discussing Romney’s pro-life position where she said, “I take him at his word,” which for some reason reminded Todd of Will Ferrell’s NASCAR-driving character from the 2006 film Talladega Nights. Since Ricky Bobby is a liberal’s caricature of pretty much anyone from the South or Heartland, it’s sadly not that surprising. Here is the video:
