The NY Times has a big article out today on the friendship between Rudy Giuliani and Fox News head Roger Ailes. The Times writes:
Whether their friendship would ever affect coverage — Fox insists that it has not and will not — it is nonetheless the sort of relationship that other campaigns have noted, though none wanted to speak publicly for fear of offending the station.
Absent from the article, however, is any mention of the fundraiser Rupert Murdoch had for Hillary Clinton and how that might “affect coverage.”
Or, maybe this is just all an elaborate ploy by Murdoch to create a Hillary vs. Rudy match-up to increase ratings and ad sales?
