One Other Thought on the Obama New Yorker Cover

Jim and Byron weighed in, but let me just add a thought . . .
The main reason the New Yorker chose this particular art for its cover was to sell more magazines. If the Ryan Lizza piece had touched on the supposed right-wing attacks on the Obamas, then it might make sense. But it doesn’t. A more appropriate cover would have Senator Obama in the center of the cesspool that is Chicago politics, but that won’t sell issues.
