Paul Krugman Gets One Right (Sort Of)

I always enjoy being able to write these words: I agree 100 percent with Paul Krugman when he writes:

But — and here comes my defense of a Bernanke reappointment — any good alternative for the position would face a bruising fight in the Senate. And choosing a bad alternative would have truly dire consequences for the economy.

Of course, I suspect we’re using the words “good” and “bad” in almostly exactly opposite ways.
