Russia’s response to Obama’s victory

I think we should all be glad and moved by the historical emotionalism of the moment as America elects an African-American president.
But now we need to know whether this 47-year-old with no foreign policy experience is up to the job.
Within the last hour, Russia has announced deployment of new missiles on the Polish border, reports Reuters.
