While the media collectively wets itself over Rick Perry kinda-sorta calling Ben Bernanke’s plan to print money treasonous, how about this statement from President Obama?
“The only thing that’s preventing us from passing the bills I just mentioned is the refusal of a faction in Congress to put country ahead of party.
“And that has to stop. Our economy cannot afford it. Our economy can’t afford it.”
In other words, members of the Tea Party “faction” are traitors.
The statements of Perry and Obama are identical as both make accusations of putting politics before country, yet Perry is the only one the media will report.
