Where’s Media Matters on Bob Kerrey?

Media Matters has literally dozens of postings on the Obama madrassa story criticizing those in the media who mention the story as fact. Will they apply the same standard to Hillary supporter Bob Kerrey? Just one example:

On the June 25 broadcast of his nationally syndicated radio show, Michael Savage said that Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) was “indoctrinated” by a “Muslim madrassa in Indonesia.” As Media Matters for America has documented, this falsehood — which the website InsightMag.com first reported, attributing the rumor to “sources close to [a] background check” allegedly “conducted by researchers connected to” Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) — has been thoroughly debunked by several news organizations. For example, CNN reported on January 23: “Allegations that Sen. Barack Obama was educated in a radical Muslim school known as a ‘madrassa’ are not accurate, according to CNN reporting.” The Associated Press and ABC News have also debunked the story. ABC News noted that the purported link to Clinton’s campaign is “unproven and unsubstantiated.”

Inside, Mayor Bill de Blasio was meeting with two dozen or so representatives of the Asian-American community to discuss his ... Read More

The Trump Steamroller

Trump and the ‘Racist Tweets’

What does “racist” even mean anymore? Racism is the headline on President Trump’s Sunday tweets -- the media-Democrat complex assiduously describes them as “racist tweets” as if that were a fact rather than a trope. I don’t think they were racist; I think they were abjectly stupid. Like many ... Read More

How Beto Made Himself into White-Privilege Guy

Robert Francis O’Rourke is white. If it’s any consolation, he’s very sorry about that. “Beto” has been running from his Irish ancestry for some time now. Long before the Left fell headlong into the logical termini of its triune fascination with race, power, and privilege, O’Rourke sensed that there ... Read More
