Ramesh directed me to a blog post of his from yesterday that had a link to the Tarrance/Lake poll that says 75 percent of Americans favor some sort of immigration reform.
On page 9, the question is listed. One of the qualifiers for the plan is that illegal immigrants have to pay back taxes.
Since the White House has eliminated that proposal from the bill, the figure of 75 percent is no longer valid and a correction to Myth #5 is needed.
