Sarah Palin will receive $75,000 to speak at a fundraising gala at Cal State Stanislaus next month, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Reportedly, the contract also requires the hosts to provide plenty of bottled water and “bendable straws.”
Ticket sales — at $500 a plate — have, apparently, been brisk. The Cal State Stanislaus Foundation expects to net $150,000 to $200,000 from the event.
