An international charity organization, KinderUSA, is suing Yale Press over a new book that accuses it of being a front for terrorist groups like Hamas.
Yale Press, in conjunction with the Washington Institute for Near East Studies, has just published a book by Matthew Levitt called Hamas: Politics, Charity, and Terrorism in the Service of Jihad.

The group also claims that “Yale University Press did not conduct any fact-checking” in connection with the book – a charge that the press denies.
