The recent bombing of the Times Square military recruitment center is of a piece with similar acts of violence and vandalism that have taken place on various campuses, including Seattle Central Community College, City College in New York, Bronx Community College, UC Santa Cruz, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
